Oyster-farmers specialized in the breeding and refining of oysters in open sea since five generations, HENRY family business from La Trinité sur Mer has developped in the whole Brittany : in Brest harbour first, and then in the Bay of Mount Saint-Michel. The firm sells its production everywhere in France from the Morbihan.
